Pictures of Bouncy Castles and Inflatables we have Repaired
The Webbing on this unit had completely failed and needed to be replaced along its entire length, the webbing was removed and the seams were sewn up.
The netting on the slide roof had failed under normal use and needed to be replaced, the decision was made to replace it with PVC as it is stronger and should last longer in the long run
The bouncy castle joint was damaged when the unit was being packed away, the operator was using this part to pull it over. It was a flat seam but due to its location, it was turned into an internal seam as it was stronger.
The Netting was damaged and needed sewing back into this bouncy boxing ring. Not too difficult but gets harder with netting so it stays straight when repairing and inflated afterward. Some Large needed inflatables like boxing rings can be a challenge
The soft Velcro had worn away with many years of use on this bungee run, easy enough to replace just a lot of un-picking of stitched to repair it properly
Surf sim bed tie repair, is an easy and very common repair, the material used inside had afraid and was not folded over to stop it from running and ending up like this. Most bed tie problems are either like this or the material rips
Bed seam joint thread failure is very common and a good reason to buy twin-stitched castles. if the first row goes you have a little time to get it repaired but with single stitch once its gone its a hole and should not be used.
